REFUND & REPLACEMENT POLICY

At Vherbal, we are committed to delivering high-quality Ayurvedic, herbal, nutraceutical, and wellness products. We take great care in ensuring that every order reaches you in excellent condition.

Because many of our products are consumable in nature, we are unable to accept returns once products have been delivered. We kindly request that customers review product information carefully before placing an order.

1. RETURNS

For hygiene, safety, and quality assurance reasons, we do not accept returns of delivered products.

This includes situations such as:

  • Ordering the wrong product
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Product no longer required
  • Preference regarding taste, smell, texture, or packaging
  • Individual differences in results or product experience

We encourage customers to read product descriptions, ingredients, directions for use, and other relevant information before completing their purchase.

2. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A leaking or broken product
  • An incorrect product
  • A shipment with missing items

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and our team will be happy to review your request.

To help us investigate and resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the package and product
  • A complete unboxing video

3. UNBOXING VIDEO REQUIREMENT

To ensure fair and accurate assessment of claims, a complete unboxing video is required for all damage, shortage, or incorrect-product claims.

The video should:

  • Begin before opening the courier package
  • Clearly show the shipping label
  • Show the package being opened
  • Display all products received
  • Clearly capture any damage, leakage, breakage, or discrepancy

For the protection of both customers and Vherbal, claims relating to damaged, missing, or incorrect products may not be approved if a complete unboxing video is not available.

4. CLAIM REVIEW PROCESS

Once we receive the required information, our support team will carefully review the claim.

If the claim is found to be valid, we may offer one of the following solutions:

  • Replacement of the affected product
  • Refund to the original payment method
  • Store credit for future purchases

The appropriate resolution will be determined based on the nature of the issue.

5. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched from our warehouse.

Once an order has been packed, processed, or handed over to the courier partner, cancellation may not be possible.

Where cancellation is approved before dispatch, the full amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method.

6. PAYMENT DEDUCTED BUT ORDER NOT CONFIRMED

In rare cases, payment may be successfully processed while the order confirmation is delayed due to a technical issue.

Such payments are generally reversed automatically by the payment gateway or banking partner. Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment method and bank and can take up to 7 business days.

If the amount is not credited within this period, please contact our support team and we will be happy to assist.

7. EXCEPTIONS

Refunds, replacements, or claims may not be approved in the following circumstances:

  • Claims reported after 48 hours of delivery
  • Absence of a complete unboxing video
  • Damage caused after successful delivery
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
  • Delivery attempts unsuccessful due to customer unavailability
  • Products that have been opened, consumed, misused, or improperly stored
  • Complimentary, promotional, giveaway, or free products
